when txi's go bad -darth sapiensEdit
"so i was making a mod the other day and it seemed like no matter what i did the txi's werent affecting it, the reason i have deduced is that the game actually treats txi's seperate from tga's, the texture called by the Model's txi has priority over any other txi, if that texture doesnt exist, such as pmbm, it takes the txi from the texture called by other means, ie pmbm01, pmbm02. i solved my problem by changing the models default texture from n_darkjhim, via mdlops, to pmbm.
